Attachment 1 DHV Communications, Inc. has no affiliations with any foreign facilities-based carrier that is dominant in any destination market. DHV will (1) resell the international message communications services of other common carriers between the United States and various international points, (2) resell switched services to provide international message telecommunications services (“IMTS”), (3) resell private lines for private line services between the U.S. and various international points, (4) resell private lines interconnected to the public switched network (“PSN”). There are no formal complaints or opposition to this application filed under Section 1.1202(e); and the FCC has not informed DHV that it is ineligible for streamlining.
