Dodson has transitioned all of its legacy telecommunications equipment and network to Internet Protocol. As such, Dodson no longer provides telecommunications services and is no longer a telecommunications provider for purposes of the International section 214 authorization. Because Dodson’s service offerings do not require it to have an International section 214 license, Dodson is surrendering its license effective as of the date of this letter.
