Dortch Federal Communications Commission 445 l2th St. SW, Room TW-B204 Washington, DC 20554 Re: Withdrawal of U.S. Department of Homeland Security from the 19 July 2007 Letter of Assurance with Choice Holdings LLC Dear Ms. Dortch: The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”), with the concurrence of the U.S. Department of Justice (“DOJ”), hereby notifies the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) of DHS’ intention to withdraw from the July 19, 2007 Letter of Assurance (“LOA”) proffered by Choice Holdings LLC (Choice) to DHS, DOJ, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in connection with file number ISP-PDR-20050624-00008. This has no effect on the validity of the LOA, and the assurances made therein, with respect to Choice and DOJ/FBI.
