(“BCM One”) and Thompson Street Capital Partners V, L.P. (“Thompson Street” and together with BCM, the “Applicants”), hereby respectfully notify the Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”) that the acquisition transaction described in the Applicants’ initial filing in the above-referenced proceedings (the “Transaction”), was consummated on January 3, 2019, resulting in the substantive transfer of control of BCM One to Thompson Street. Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. §63.24(e)(4), Applicants note that the international application addressed the substantive transfer of control of authorizations granted to BCM One in IB File No. ITC-T/C-20180821-00158. The international 214 transfer of control application was approved, effective October 5, 2018, and the domestic 214 transfer of control application was approved on October 8, 2018.1 1 International Authorizations Granted, Rpt.
