(“NTELSO”) from NTELOS to Shenandoah was consummated on May 6, 2016. Pursuant to Section 63.24(e)(4), Shenandoah informs the Commission that the International Bureau file number under which the transfer of control was granted is ITC-T/C- 20150826-00215. Post-consummation, the NTELOS entity will continue to operate under authority of the international section 214 authorization held by NTELOS Inc.: ITC-214- 19970710-00390. Enclosed please find five copies of this notice, and a duplicate copy designated as a “stamp & return” copy.
