(“Tampnet”), by counsel and pursuant to Section 25.119(f) of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”), is filing this letter to notify the Commission that the transaction described in the above- referenced application was consummated on August 1, 2014.1 The following earth station authorizations have been assigned from AirTap Communications LLC (“AirTap”) to Tampnet: E100138 and E140042.
