Opinions, conclusions and other Information In this message that do not relate to the official business of my company shall be understood as neither-? given nor endorsed by it. ., Mr. Stanley: Per our conversation, 1 went to the Carrier Relations Department and an assistant to the manager, Ms. Victoria Rivera, provided me with the following information: From April 1, 1997 to March 31, 1998 TSTT TLD Total Accounting Rate $1.20 $0.60 $0.60 From Apnl 1, 1998 to March 31, 1999 Tots1 Accounting Rate $1.05 $0.525 $0.525 From April 1, 1999 to June 30, 1999 Total Accounting Rate $0.90 $0.45 $0.45 From July 1, 1999 to December 31, 1999 Total Accounting Rate $0.83 $0.415 $0.415 I From January 1, 2000 until further notice Total Accounting Rate $0.38 $0.19 $0.19 The assistant also handed me a copy of the recent agreement between TSTT and TLD reducing the accounting rate to $0.38 per min. as of January lst, 2000. The agreement was signed by Ms. Rivera on November 2nd, 2000 and by Derick Rutherford on November 13th, 2000. I tried to reach you at your phone number and left you a voice mail message.
