 Application for Section 325 (c) permit to deliver programming to stations XETRA-FM, 91.1 MHz; XlIITZ-FM, 90.3 MHa and XHRM-FM,
 92.5 MHz (collectively referred to as the 'Stations') in Tijuana, Mexico. All three FM radio stations are licensed to Local Media of America,
 LLC, (Local Media), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Local Media of America Holdings, LLC ("Local Media Holdings").




Petitions to deny this application must reference the file number associated with the 325(c) application and be on file no
later than 30 days from the date of the notice accepting this Application for filing. Guidelines for filings are available at:
www.fcc.gov/osec. Filings can be sent by hand or messenger delivery, by commercial overnight courier, or by first- class
or overnight U.S. Postal Service mail (although we conlinue to experience delays in receiving tJ.S. Postal Service mail),
The Commissions contractor, Natek, Inc., will receive hand-delivered or messenger-delivered paper filings for the
Commission's Secretary at 236 Massachusetts Avenue, N. E., Suite 110, Washington, D.C. 20002. The filing hours at
this location are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p. m. All hand deliveries must be held together with rubber bands or fasteners. Any
envelopes must be disposed of before entering the building. Commercial overnight mail (oilier than U.S. Poslal Service
