De R. L. De C.V., the entity that holds the concession from the Government of Mexico to operate XHDTV—TV.

Entravision Communications Corporation FCC Form 308 Exhibit 3 DELIVERY OF PROGRAMS The programming supplied by the applicant will be transmitted on a regular schedule. It has not yet been determined as to how many hours of programming are to be delivered on each weekday and on weekends.

Entravision Communications Corporation FCC Form 308 Exhibit 4 NATURE AND CHARACTER OF PROGRAMMING The programming supplied by the applicant will be of a varied nature. It will be primarily entertainment programming, but will also include news, sports, and public affairs programming.

Entravision Communications Corporation FCC Form 308 Exhibit 5 NATURE OF APPLICATION The application requests the extension of the existing Section 325 authority in favor of Entravision Holdings, LLC. Entravision Holdings, LLC is a wholly—owned subsidiary of Entravision Communications Corporation. Accordingly, while the authority would be a new grant to Entravision Communications Corporation, it represents an extension of the existing authority to the entity‘s subsidiary.
