3.User operation

3.1 Weight lock in normal mode

      3.1.1 Press “ON/OFF” to turn on the scale, LCD display show “StArt”,

  then back to”0.0”

      3.1.2 Place an object on the scale, LCD display show “------“, LCD

           display show the value and “LOCK” when the weigh reading is

           stable.

      3.1.3 Once removed the object from the scale, LCD will back to “0.0”

3.2     REWEIGHT function: If there is re-weight request, press REWEIGHT

       to reweighing without removed any object on the scale.

3.3 HOLD function:If you want to lock the weight, press HOLD/RELEASE

        once.   HOLD Icon will be displayed on LCD display. Remove the

     object on the scale, LCD display will keep showing the value of the

     weight. Press HOLD/RELEASE to unlock and LCD display show 0.

 3.4 Manual turn off:Press ON/OFF in ready mode,

 3.5 Automatically turn off: Scale will be turned off in 30s of inactivity.

 3.6 Unit conversion: Pressing KG/LBto switch using the unit of KG/LB/, unit

     will be changed and shown on the LCD.

3.7 Unit locked:Under the KG or LB mode, press and hold “KG/LB” for 20s,

     unit will be locked. It will be memorized even scale is off. Press and

     hold “KG/LB” for 20s to unlock if need.

 3.8 Tare function: Press TARE/PRETARE, scale will tare the weight on it.

     LCD display show 0, value of TARE will be memorized. Press TARE

     again, weight value before tare will be shown.

3.9 PRETARE function: PRESS and hold TARE/PRETARE for 3s, access

     into PRETARE function setting. In this mode, TARE icon on the LCD

     display will be flashing and display show “00.0KG (or 0.0LB         and first

     digit will be flashing. And now using DOWN key to change the value

     as you request, press RIGHT key to change the second digits and so

     on. Press ENTER to confirm (Value do not exceed 1/5 maximum

     capacity) PRETARE

  3.10    Zero function: If the scale does not appear “ZERO” before

     weighing, press ZERO to catch zero, the zero which you catch is the

     absolutely zero of the scale.

  3.11 BMI function

     3.11.1After the operation of 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 (weight locked), press BMI

   to key in the height(unit: CM or FT&IN), default setting is 170mm

   (68IN).

   3.11.2 Press RIGHT key to adjust the value of the height,

   3.11.3 Press ENTER to confirm, display show value of BMI

       (Range:10-100,0 will be shown if out of this range.)

   3.11.4 Press ENTER again return to the weighing mode.

  3.12 FUNC function: In weighing mode, press FUNC to access into the

      FUNC function selection. F1 is displayed. Press UP to select .

      Press FUNC again return to the weighing mode.

   3.12.1    F1 weight mode selection:        Once access into FUNC function,

       display    show     F1.   Press       ENTER   to   access   into   HOLD

       weighing(1-H) : hold weighing is the weighing will be lock in a value

       when it is stable until additional weigh is add to activate the

       weighing again       and LIVE weighing (2-L): live weighing is the

       reading will not be lock, any small movement will change the

       reading.      Making the selection, using UP key to select, then press

       ENTER to confirm, status will be memorized by the scale. Then

       back to FUNC function selelction.

4 .Other functions

4.1Low battery voltage detection

   If battery is lower then 6.0V, LCD display show “Lo bAtt” and icon of

     battery will flashing, and turn off. Indication the user to change the

     battery.

4.2 Display description

   4.2.1.Turn on indication﹕“start”。

   4.2.2.Overload indication﹕“over”。

   4.2.3.LCD display show “under” when turn on the scale, then catch

    “0.0”automatically.

 4.3 USB function: Protocol to be similar to 500KL protocol.

 5. Key function description (9buttons(not include PRINT)):

      1. ON/OFF;Power on/Off

      2. HOLD/RELEASE/RIGHT;

      3. REWEIGH;reweigh

      4. ENTER; Confirm

      5. KG/LB/ST/UP;      Unit conversion

      6. ZERO;Press “ZERO” if scale does not catch 0. “ZERO”

      7. TARE/PRETARE;tare or set the pre-tare value

      8. BMI;     Measurement the BMI of user

      9. FUNC;      Access to function mode

      10. RECALL; Recalls last weight reading

      11. Print function(Reserved)

6. Step of calibration

  6.1Press and hold “HOLD/RELEASE/RIGHT”, then press ON/OFF to turn

        on the scale, LCD display show U 01(version number), then display

        should show the code value, release HOLD/RELEASE/RIGHT and

        KG/LB/UP.

  6.2 Press “ENTER” to confirm, then LCD display show “CAL”

  6.3 Press ENTER and LCD display show “CLEAr, remove an object on

            the platform.

 6.4     LCD display show 200kg, represents using 200kg to calibrate. LCD

       display show 400lb, represent using 400lb to calibrate. And now you

       can using the “RIGHT” key and “UP” key to change the weight of

       calibration   LCD

  6.5 Place the same weight which LCD display shown.

  6.6 Press E*-NTER, display the code value

  6.7 Press “ENTER”, LCD display show “SUCC”, Represents calibration

       completed (if display show “ERR1, represents calibration failed)

       Æ”Start” Æ0.0LB.

7. Maintenance manual

 7.1 Press KG/LB/UP to turn on the scale to access into the maintenance

         setting.

  7.2 Select the maximum capacity SET-F.

  7.3 Factory setting SET-D。
