threshold is determined according to the following

distance, Bluetooth SAR test was not required
[(2/5)*√2.480] = 0.63 < 3.0.

Note: The frequency of Bluetooth using for estimated SAR was selected highest channel of Bluetooth for
highest SAR test exclusion thresholds.

2. Conclusion
This EUT (FCC ID:ZNFHBS1100) is not required SAR test.
