SFF,Tower ATechnology Building T1057 Nanhai Ave, 1057 Nanhai Avenue, ShenZhen, 518000, China Date: August 12, 2019 RSE Justification Letter We, Fibocom Wirless Tac., declere thatthe device without RSE testing due to the following: ® The end product (Brand: DELL, Model: PMSG) with module under BCTD: ZMOLRGNGLD—DI was assessed compliont to radiated ernission limits n its inital approvals ® Original PC testing was performming with higher gain of ntenne. The end product under this application uses same type antenna with lower gain across the emission bands, Hence it is apporent that the current platform yields lower level of radiated emission ® The original FCC testing on module under CC TD: ZMOLA6OGLDD1 was performed when the antenna was connected to the module n an open environment. The current platform under application has the antennainstlled inside the laptop enclosure.
