Important safety instructions

not be disposed with other household wastes throughout the EU. To prevent possible
harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it
responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return your used
device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the
product was purchased. They can take this product for environmental safe recycling.


For wireless product:
1. Wireless product may generate shortwave radio frequencies and interfere with the
normal use of other electronic devices or medical equipment.
2. Turn off the product when it’s disallowed. Do not use the product in medical facilities,
on airplane, at gas stations, near automatic gates, automatic fire alarm system or other
automated devices.

         Charging

1. Connect DC IN port on the speaker to USB power source on a computer or USB port
   (DC5V 2A) with the microUSB connecting cable for charging.
2. To ensure a full charge and for optimal audio playback, please fully charge the speaker
   once a month.
3. Please turn off the speaker when not in use.

1. Turn on your Bluetooth device to search for and connect to "EDIFIER MP255".
2. Pin code for connection is “0000” if needed.
3. After successfully connected you will hear a prompt tone.
4. Play audio tracks on your device and adjust the volume to a desired level.

Note:
1. In Bluetooth mode, press and hold < / > can switch between previous and next tracks;
  and previous/next track is only available for device has AVRCP profile.
2. To enjoy all Bluetooth functions please ensure your audio source device has
  A2DP and HFP profile.

● When there is no conversation, press and hold             button to disconnect Bluetooth.
● When playing music in Bluetooth mode, there is incoming call:
1. Press and hold         button to reject the call;
2. Press       button to answer the call, and press         button again to end the call.
3. When answering call, press and hold                 button to switch conversation to mobile
   phone/speaker.

1. Connect the speaker to USB port on PC with microUSB connecting cable.
2. Turn on the speaker, indicator will turn to green and the speaker enters USB audio
   streaming input, you can play the music on PC.




 Play audio tracks on your device and adjust the volume to a desired level.

• Ensure the MP255 is fully charged.
• Switch the MP255 off then on and reconnect to the audio source.
• Ensure the audio format of the music in your microSD card (Max. 32G) is
MP3/WMA/WAV(below 16Bits/48KHz) format.
• Ensure Bluetooth function is enabled compatible on your Bluetooth devices.
• Move the devices closer and retry the connection.
• Try another Bluetooth device for connection.
• If pairing with a laptop or a computer, please select the MP255 as the audio output
device.
