Declaration of Limitation of Operating Channel

To Whom It May Concern:

This device can act either as a slave/client device under the control of a master, or as a master device
in Ad Hoc Mode and/or Hot Spot Mode.
Ad Hoc mode is supported in both modes but limited to operate on the frequencies declared below.

The operating channels in 802.11 b/g/and 20 MHz n-mode for the device marketed to the US/Canada
are firmware limited to channel 1 ~ 12 (2412 ~ 2467 MHz).
The operating channels in 40 MHz n-mode 802.11 n(40) for the device marketed to the US/Canada
are firmware limited to channel 3 ~ 10 (2422 ~ 2457 MHz). When the module is installed into the
end-product by u-blox AG the end-user has no possibility to select any other operating channels.
