Attn: Reviewing Engineer RE: PART 15 UNLICENSED MODULAR TRANSMITTER APPROVAL To Whom It May Concern: We, u-blox AG, hereby requests for part 15 unlicensed modular transmitter approval of our device, described as follows: Brand name: u-blox Model name: LUCY-H200 Type number: LUCY-H200 FCC ID: XPYLUCYH200 Modular Approval requirements that our device complies with: (a) The module must be a complete radio transmitter with its own reference oscillator, antenna, etc. The only connectors to the module, if any, are power supply and modulation/data inputs. (b) The module has its own RF shielding. (c) The module has buffered modulation/data input(s). (d) The module has its own power supply regulation. (e) The Antenna configuration of the module complies with the maximum radiated Transmitter output Power conjunction with RF Exposure.
