Referencing Test Data

To whom it may concern:

We, u-blox AG, hereby declare that the RF Module with the above listed product identification is
identical in terms of the mounted HW components and Firmware that defines all RF characteristics
with the tested and documented RF Module listed below except for that the RF Module below has a
LTCC band-pass filter and the above mentioned module has a BAW LTE band-pass filter for the 2.4
GHz path. Both filters are passive filters and are pin-to-pin compatible.

HVIN: JODY-W164-03A with IC: 8595A-JODYW164 and FCC ID: XPYJODYW164.

Therefore the test reports MDE_UBLOX_1701_FCCa, MDE_UBLOX_1701_FCCb and
MDE_UBLOX_1701_FCCc issued by 7-Layers documenting the RF Module designated with HVIN:
JODY-W164, IC: 8595A-JODYW164 and FCC ID: XPYJODYW164 also apply to RF Module designated
with HVIN: JODY-W163-13A with IC: 8595A- JODYW164 and FCC ID: XPYJODYW164

The following tests cases for WLAN b mode has been evaluated as affected by the change described
above and they have been performed using JODY-W163-13A. The test results are presented in test
report MDE_UBLOX_1828_FCCc.
