To whom it may concern,

On behalf on uBlox this is to request a Class II Permissive Change to FCC ID: XPY1EHQ37NN.
Following change has been made:

Software:
No changes were made to the software

Hardware:
No changes were made to the module itself. A different trace design on the host device were used to
connect the cellular module to the antenna connector.

Documentation and Instructions:
This Limited Modular Approval C2PC applies only to the installation into the specific Molex host
products, with same trace design as RCP—1g. The installation is by Molex, to their own product, using the
antenna trace layout specified by Molex.
There are no installation instructions from u—blox to Molex regarding the new antenna trace layout. The
final Molex product is sold without an access to the module or antenna and therefore radio module
installation instructions are not provided with the end Molex product to the user.

RF Exposure:
The radio module has been authorised as a mobile device and the final Molex product will also be a
mobile device. The transmitter antenna associated with FCC ID: XPY1EHQ37NN will not be co—located
with simultaneous transmission, with any other transmitter antenna.
