FCC Application / Attestation Statement 1 (1) Uppgjord (även faktaansvarig om annan) – Prepared (also subject Nr - No. H&D Mikael Ohlsson Dokansv/Godk - Doc respons/Approved Kontr - Datum - Date Rev File H&D Pär Bergsten 2011-12-28 A Request for Modular Transmitter Approval Attention: SP , Tomas Bodeklint Applicant: H&D Wireless AB FCC ID: XO2SPB800 I hereby certify that the H&D Wireless manufactured SPB800 with FCC ID: XO2SPB800 complies with the FCC Rules and Regulations 47 CFR, Section 15.212 module requirements, for Single-modular transmitter, as a self-contained, physically delineated, component for which compliance can be demonstrated independent of the host operating conditions, and which complies with all eight requirements of Section 15.212(a)(1) according to below: 1. The modular transmitter must have its own shielding. The module has an integral RF Shield to ensure that it does not have to relay upon the shielding provided by the device into which it is installed. The shielding ensures compliance with part 15 limits. 2.The modular transmitter must have buffered modulation/data inputs. Data inputs to the module are buffered by a serial interface. 3. The modular transmitter must have its own power supply regulation. The module has a voltage regulator. 4. The modular transmitter must comply with the antenna requirements of section 15.203 and 15.204(c). The module has a “unique” U.FL antenna connector or integrated chip antenna. 5. The module transmitter must be tested in a stand-alone configuration. The module was tested in a stand-alone configuration. 6. The modular transmitter must be labeled with its own FCC-ID number. The module is labeled with its own FCC-ID number. 7. The modular transmitter must comply with any specific rule or operating requirements applicable to the transmitter and the manufacturer must provide adequate instructions along with the module to explain any such requirements. The module is IEEE Std. 802.xx compliant. For details see the module data sheet which is contained in this application. 8. The modular transmitter must comply with any applicable RF exposure requirements. The module complies with RF exposure limits for a spread spectrum transmitter operating under section 15.247(b)(4).
