into TELEGRID products which include Active RFID tags and Access Points. The
following items have been addressed:

1. The CCA—SA—W2500—02 Module will be integrated in TELEGRID equipment only
and TELEGRID will be responsible for the certification ofthese products. The Module
will not be sold as a stand alone unit for integration by third parties. The CCA—SA—

control overall installations of this device. TELEGRID has extensive experience with
module integration and conducts 3‘ party FCC compliance testing and verification ofall
its products.

2. The CCA—SA—W2500—02 Module has buffered modulation/ data inputs.

3. The CCA—SA—W2500—02 Module does not have its own power supply regulation. The
Module‘s poweris supplied by a battery.

4. The CCA—SA—W2500—02 Module antenna is permanently attached and was tested in
this configuration.

5. The CCA—SA—W2500—02 Module was tested in a stand—alone configuration without
external shielding and inside a hosting device consisting of a battery and a plastic cover.

6. The CCA—SA—W2500—02 Module is labeled with its own FCC ID number
(XAYW2500), and, if the FCC ID of the CCA—SA—W2500—02 Module is used for
products containing this Module then the exterior label will use the wording "Contains
FCC ID: XAYW2500". Instructions provided with the Module require the label to be
added to all end use devices.

7. A copy of the instructions is included in the application for equipment authorization.
The TI chipset used in this Module is a commercial unit and the instructions for use are
included with this application.

8. The CCA—SA—W2500—02 Module will be integrated into a variety of Active RFID tags
and Access Points. RF exposure requirements will be evaluated on each device.

TELEGRID will retain control over the final installation ofthe device, such that
compliance of the end product is assured. All products produced by TELEGRID are
tested and verified by Nationally Recognized Test Laboratories for compliance.

Sincerely,
