conditions, by measu   urement or nu  umerical simu  ulation, is not required wh  hen the correesponding SAAR Test
Exclusionn Threshold ccondition, listted below, is satisfied. Theese test exclu  usion conditioons are basedd on
source‐bbased time‐avveraged maxiimum conduccted output p          power of the RF channel requiring evalluation,
adjustedd for tune‐up tolerance, an   nd the minimmum test sepaaration distan    nce required for the expossure
conditions. The minim  mum test sep  paration distaance is determ  mined by the smallest disttance from th he
antenna and radiating structures or    o outer surfaace of the deevice, according to the hosst form factor,
exposuree conditions anda platform   m requirements, to any parrt of the bodyy or extremity of a user orr
bystandeer of section 4.1). To qualify for SAR teest exclusion, the test sepaaration distan    nces applied must
be fully explained
         e           andd justified by the operatin ng configuratiions and expo   osure conditiions of the
transmittter and appliicable host pllatform requiirements, typ     pically in the SAR
