Nevada Way Mesa, AZ 85204 Re: FCC Class II Permissive change for FCC ID: X4GS00947 (Original Grant Date 29 January 2015) Dear Sir or Madam: TASER International is submitting an application for Class II Permissive Change to the Axon Body 2 camera, Model T00064, FCC ID: X4GS00947. The commission on January 29, 2015 originally certified this product under FCC ID: X4GS00947. To comply with a new management system, the model number of the Axon Body 2 camera system will be changing from T00064 to AX1001. There are no circuitry, antenna, or RF related changes made to the product in regard to this model number change. In addition, TASER has designed a new product called the “Axon Mic”. This product is identical in circuitry and size to the Axon Body 2 camera, with the exception of the camera imager and lens removed. Instead of recording MP4 video files, it records MP3 audio files. The proposed model number for Axon Mic is AX1004. No antenna or RF related changes have been made in regard to this model number addition. To summarize, the changes filed under this application are:  Change the Axon Body 2 model from T00064 to AX1001  Add the Axon Mic model number AX1004 to the grant Please contact me if you have any questions or need further information regarding this application.
