Class II Permissive Change Request Date: April 15, 2016 Re: FCC ID: X4GS00947 To Whom It May Concern, With regards to MO&O FCC 16-24, an FCC Class II Permissive Change is requested to update the Axon Body 2 (FCC ID X4GS00947) original 5.8GHz DTS grant (dated 29 January 2016) with an NII equipment code to conform to the transition of DTS certified devices to U-NII-3 rules. No antenna or RF related changes have been made. The Axon Body 2 has been tested to fully comply with the U-NII-3 requirements.
