As such, Mr. Rogers is authorized to sign forms, letters of application, request confidentiality, and exchange data and information relating to these matters and submittals. Rogers Labs, Inc. is authorized to receive and exchange data between our company and the authorizing agency. All acts carried out by Rogers Labs, Inc. on our behalf shall have the same effects as our own. For instances where our authorized agent signs the application for certification on our behalf, I acknowledge that all responsibility for complying with the terms and conditions for certification, as specified by regulation still resides with SAF Tehnika AS.
