Smart Microwave Sensors GmbH would like to acquire long term confidentiality regarding the Non—Disclosure Agreement (NDA) document itself and the internal photos under this submission for FCC ID: W34UMRR1184. The aforementioned request of confidentiality is submitted because internal photos contain RF integrated circuits board layout patterns, antenna designs and antenna distribution networks, which are trade secrets and shall not be accessible to users or the public. In addition, the devices are not publicly accessible but only installed through licensed distributors under NDA. For these items, Smart Microwave Sensors GmbH has signed NDA document(s) with customer(s) and/or supplier(s). Therefore, internal photos submitted to FCC shall never be available publicly or disclosed to unauthorized persons. Only Smart Microwave Sensors GmbH employees have access to these photos and devices, or customers under NDA. All the sales for these devices must be under NDA, restricting the disclosure of the propriety information, including internal photos.
