The DoC logo appears on the label due to recommendations from their previous TCB. As the TCB ACB has indicated that the logo is incorrect on those labels, please accept this declaration that the applicant SMS Smart Microwave Sensors will remove the logo from their label for future projects. It is not possible to get a revised label in time to satisfy this application. Hopefully this DoC administrative mistake does not affect the certification of the transmitters with the above mentioned FCC IDs!
