Federal Communications Commission 7345 Oakland Mills Road Columbia, MD 21046 SUBJECT: Request for Class II Permissive Change for FCC ID: VW7SR616A The product, 802.11ac VDSL2 IAD, 802.11ac VDSL2 GATEWAY, has been granted by FCC dated 10/19/2017, FCC ID: VW7SR616A, Pursuant to §2.1043, we, SmartRG, Inc., would like to modify the authorized equipment for below changes: The applicant only add UNII Band 2A (5260 – 5320 MHz) and UNII Band 2C (5500 – 5700 MHz) by software; This change meets FCC Part §2.1043 C2PC requirement; We will retest and issued test report for UNII 2A (5260 – 5320 MHz), UNII Band 2C (5500 – 5700 MHz) and DFS; Except for the changes above, no other modification is performed. There is no hardware or electrical modification made to the applying transmitter itself.
