TIMCO ENGINEERING INC Thank you for your help. 1. This device is not capable of VoIP. It have a option for GSM Module. When the option of GSM Module was included in this device, It is used only by Phone. 2.This device was finished the procedure for equipment authorization(FCC DoC). It is recorded in cover letter. 3. Based upon our final review of this application we have the following questions: 1. RF exposure: This device appears to be capable of VoIP. It has a microphone and speaker for voice operation. Please explain. Alternatively, please provide SAR evaluation for held-to-ear operating configuration. 2. Computer peripheral: This device is also considered a class B computer peripheral. No information was found as to whether it was subject to the DoC or Certification procedure. Also, the label does not show any info about the DoC logo. Please include a statement of compliance in the test report or separate cover letter. The statement should describe whether the device was tested for compliance with part 15B, whether it complies, and which procedure was used for equipment authorization (DoC or Certification under JBP) 3. Output power: Please confirm whether the output power (80mW) was re-measured and what is the re-measured value. Please revise test report with that information.
