                             Modular Approval Request Letter

    Re: FCC ID: VOB—P2180

    To Whom It May Concern:

   NVIDIA Corporation is requesting modular approval authorization for an Embedded
   System Module, FCC ID: VOB—P2180, which supports IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wireless
   LAN and Bluetooth.

   The requirements of section 15.212 of the FCC rules have been met as indicated in the
   following statements:

       1.   "The radio elements must have the radio frequency circuitry shielded. Physical
            components and tuning capacitor(s) may be located external to the shield, but
            must be on the module assembly". The radio portion of this module is shielded.
            Please refer to the device photographs.
            "The module must have buffered modulation/data inputs to ensure that the device
            will comply with Part 15 requirements with any type ofinput signal". The
            buffered data input is integrated in the Broadcom BCM4354 single chip radio.
            "The module must contain power supply regulation on the module". This module
            utilizes an internal power management unit.
             "The module must contain a permanently attached antenna, or contain a unique
            antenna connector, and be marketed and operated only with specific antenna(s),
            per Sections 15.203, 15.204(b), 15.204(c), 15.212(a), 2.929(b)". This module
            meets the FCC antenna requirements. Please refer to the test report and device
            photographs.
            "The module must demonstrate compliance in a stand—alone configuration". The
            module was tested in a stand—alone configuration. Please refer to the test report.
            "The module must be labeled with its permanently affixed FCC ID label, or use
            an electronic display". Please refer to the label sample and location information
            in the test report.
             "The module must comply with all specific rules applicable to the transmitter
            including all the conditions provided in the integration instructions by the
            grantee". The module is compliant with all applicable FCC rules. Please refer to
            the integration instructions.

    8.   ‘"The module must comply with RF exposure requirements". The module is .
         compliant with all applicable RF exposure requirements. Please refer to the test
         report
