The FCC requires that a Confidentiality Request letter reference the FCC Rule parts pertaining to confidentiality. Please revise the Confidentiality Request letter to reference FCC Rule Parts 0.457 and 0.459 and also indicate the reason for confidentiality (such as the information being trade secrets). ANS) I attached revised confidentiality request letter. 3. The original request for additional information indicated that this device contains digital circuitry, and thus requires additional testing and Users information. The FCC has indicated that if a device contains digital circuitry that performs functions other than enabling a transmitter that the digital circuitry is subject to FCC regulations (see the definition of Digital Device in FCC 15.3(k)). This device contains an LCD image for data received and thus contains digital circuitry. I agree that the FM receiver would not require the information from 15.105, however the digital circuitry does. ANS) I attached revised user manual. The users information is put on page 3. Thanks.
