There is not any change in design, circuitry or construction for this device, including RF parameters (antenna, software, firmware and hardware versions, total power, frequency ranges, etc.). 3. These devices are equipped with antennas with gains less than 10dBi. We acknowledge that only antennas of this type(chip)with equal or less gains(dBi) than shown below are permitted for use with this device without further evaluation. Type Gain 1.5dBi for 2.4GHz Chip Antenna 1.5dBi for 5GHz 4. We declare that not any device approved under the Old Rules will be marketed, imported or sold to United States after June 1, 2016.
