To Whom It May Concern

We, Audix Technology (Wujiang) Co., Ltd., EMC department has been authorized by
Texas Instruments Inc. to apply the Class II Permission Change for product "TI—Nspire
Navigator"Y Wireless Cradle", and the detailed change information is following:

The main purpose to apply the change of the product is to avoid potential field return and
increase the product reliability caused by the rubbing between 26 pin connector and the
Nspire unit. Mechanically, PCB is separated in two pieces which are main board and
connector board. Rely on the connector board is independent from original design; it‘s
designed to push up and pull down to avoid the friction. Electrically there is no major change
to affect the basic functional operation including radio frequency function and USB function.
Only few discrete components added as the [/O digital signal noise filter.

Above this changes are still Conformity FCC Part 15 Subpart C standard, and the FCC ID is not
changed in Class II apply.

Sincerely
Allen Wang, Senior Manager
