PAX Technology Limited Room 2416, 24/F., Sun Hung Kai Centre, 30 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong Date: August 15, 2019 Statement and explanations The host E700 (FCC ID: V5PE700) is a new product with one certified module ME3630(Module ID: SRQ-ME3630 ； Grant Date ： August 11,2016). The referenced module report number is RF160714W002-1,RF160714W002-2,RF160714W002-3. This module is a single modular and it was integrated into the host that not any effect on RF performance. The module conducted power was verified to the same. And considering the antenna is designed for the host (E700) when the module is integrated in the host, we have performed MPE for the host and the ERP/EIRP and RSE re-tested.
