The above materials contain trade secrets and proprietary information in conjunction with a
Manufacturing Agreement between Intelligent Wireless Products, Inc., and Leon Paul Kass LLC
that is in conjunction with a License to use specific patented technology from Motorola, Inc. in
the development and production of this unit. The public disclosure of these matters might be
harmful to the applicant and provide unjustified benefits to its competitors.
