Restricted Access to software and controls to disable DFS Declaration We, the undersigned, attest that this device does not support access, by any party (End User or Professional Installer), to disable DFS. No controls or access is made available to the end user or professional installer to disable DFS. The professional Installer does have the ability to disable channels and frequencies but does not have the ability to disable DFS. Ad-Hoc Declaration We, the undersigned, attest that this device does not support “Ad-Hoc on non-US frequencies” and/or “on DFS frequencies”. The client software and associated drivers will not initiate any transmission on DFS frequencies. This includes transmissions for beacon ad-hoc or peer-to-peer modes. Declaration of Part 15 Subpart B Compliance We Motorola Solutions, Inc., as the grantee of this device would like to declare that the composite portion categorized as a computer peripheral has been authorized under the Declaration of Conformity procedures. 5.60 -5.65 GHz Restricted band Declaration We, the undersigned, attest that this device does not support operation in the 5.60 – 5.65 GHz band.
