This request is made pursuant to 47 C.F.R. §0.457 and 47 C.F.R. §0.459. Short-Term Confidentiality We request 180 days of confidential treatment (from the date of grant of the equipment authorization for FCC ID No. UUU-5411), for the following confidential materials contained in our application: 1. User Manual 2. Test setup photos 3. Internal photos 4. External photos These materials contain proprietary information about our device that is not publicly available, and we only share this information with third parties who are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of such information. Disclosure of this information prior to our marketing of our device would be detrimental to our business and impair our ability to successfully launch the device. Long-Term Confidentiality We request indefinite confidential treatment for the following confidential materials contained in our application: 1. Schematics 2. Block diagram 3. Operation description 4. Bill of Materials These materials contain sensitive technical and design information about our device that we would only share on a need-to-know basis, subject to confidentiality agreements, even after we begin marketing and selling the device. If this information is disclosed, our competitors would gain an unfair commercial advantage over us by learning about our product design and development processes. This in turn would significantly harm our ability to compete in a highly competitive market space. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
