Columbia, MD 21046 RE: Class II Permissive Change Request, FCC ID: UIPSQ928M141 Dear FCC Representative This is a Class II Permissive Change request for FCC ID: UIPSQ928M141, Models: SQ928M141 and SX928M141, pursuant to 47 CFR §2.1043 and Part 24 Subpart D. The scope of this change is to add 100kHz channel bandwidths to the 901-902MHz, 930-931MHz and 940-941MHz operating frequency bands as permitted by 47 CFR §24.131. This is accomplished by the aggregation of two (2) 50kHz adjacent channel bands by adjusting certain configurable parameters. There are no physical changes to the circuit design, PCB layout or bill of materials. There are no changes to the frequency determining or modulating elements and there are no changes to the maximum output power rating. Users of this equipment cannot alter the operation of this equipment beyond that for which it is granted. The transceivers of the SQ928M141 and SX928M141 are identical in all aspects.
