NOTE ABOUT CONFIDENTIAL OF INTERNAL PICTURES

Dear RFI,
in the confidential letter We have inserted also the internal pictures of our products. In general the
internal pictures of some certified product are available in the FCC web site. This is a measure used
by FCC in order to provide the end used a simply way to check the conformity to the product that
he buy with the respect of the grant. This is also a way used by our competitor to see what kind of
technology we are using. It is always true that a competitor can buy one of our product and then he
can open it, but this is a more complicated way. If we put in the FCC web site the internal pictures
of our products it is very simple to look inside.
During previous certification we had already used the confidential for internal pictures. In order to
obtain this confidential, I send You our "MANAGEMENT OF OFFERS and PURCHASE
ORDER" instruction. This document is part of our ISO9001 Quality Assurance Manual.
Reading this You can see that DATALOGOC don't sell a product directly to an end user. This is the
key-point used in order to obtain the confidential for internal pictures.
