Agency Authorization Letter FCC ID: TVE—220103 Date: 2010.10.04 To whom it may concern: We, the undersigned, hereby authorize Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (H.K.) Ltd., Taoyuan Branch (BV CPS Taoyuan) of Taiwan to act on our behalf, as our agent, in the following matters related to the FCC approval of our products: report submittal, related correspondence, and the signing of documents relating to these matters. Any documents submitted by BV CPS Tacyuan within the scope of this authorization shall have the same effects as if submitted by Fortinet, Inc., provided, in all events, (a) BV CPS Tacyuan has acted legally, in good faith and properly in furtherance of obtaining the FCC approval of our products, (b) the only documents submitted by BV CPS Tacyuan on our behaif have been reviewed and approved by an authorized representative of Fortinet, Inc. in advance of BV CPS Taoyuan‘s submittal, and {c) BV CPS Tacyuan provides to the Fortinet Legal team a capy of the document submitted at the same time as submittal.
