Ltd., Tacoyuan Branch (BV CPS Taoyuan) of Taiwan to act on our behalf, as our agent, in the following matters related to the FCC approval of our products: report submittal, related correspondence, and the signing of documents relating to these matters. Any documents submitted by Andrea Hsia/ Senior Specialist of Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (H.K.) Ltd., Taoyuan Branch (BV CPS Taoyuan) of Taiwan within the scope of this authorization shall have the same effects as if submitted by Fortinet, Inc., provided, in all events, (a) Andrea Hsia/ Senior Specialist of Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (H.K.) Ltd., Taoyuan Branch (BV CPS Tacoyuan) of Taiwan has acted legally, in good faith and properly in furtherance of obtaining the FCC approval of our products, (b) the only documents submitted by Andrea Hsia/ Senior Specialist of Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (H.K.) Ltd., Taoyuan Branch (BV CPS Taoyuan) of Taiwan on our behalf have been reviewed and approved by an authorized representative of Fortinet, Inc. in advance of Andrea Hsia/ Senior Specialist of Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (H.K.) Ltd., Taoyuan Branch (BV CPS Taoyuan) of Taiwan submittal, and (c) Andrea Hsia/ Senior Specialist of Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (H.K.) Ltd., Taoyuan Branch (BV CPS Taoyuan) of Taiwan provides to the Fortinet Legal team a copy of the document submitted at the same time as submittal.
