Any documents submitted by Leo Huang/Manager of Sporton International Inc. of Taiwan within the scope of this authorization shall have the same effects as if submitted by Fortinet, Inc., provided, in all events, (a) Leo Huang/Manager of Sporton International Inc. of Taiwan has acted legally, in good faith and properly in furtherance of obtaining the FCC approval of our products, (b) the only documents submitted by Leo Huang/Manager of Sporton International Inc. of Taiwan on our behalf have been reviewed and approved by an authorized representative of Fortinet, Inc. in advance of Leo Huang/Manager of Sporton International Inc. of Taiwan submittal, and (c) Leo Huang/Manager of Sporton International Inc. of Taiwan provides to the Fortinet Legal team a copy of the document submitted at the same time as submittal.
