Any documents submitted by Andrea Hsia/Supervisor of Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (H.K.) Ltd., Tacyuan Branch (‘BV CPS Tacyuan") within the scope of this authorization shall havethe same effects as if submitted by Fortinet, Inc., provided, in all events, (a) Andrea Hsia/Supervisor of Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (H.K.) Ltd., Tacyuan Branch (‘BV CPS Taoyuan") has acted legally, in good faith and properly in furtherance of obtaining the FCC approvalof our products, (b) the only documents submitied by Andrea Hsia/Supervisor of Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (H.K.) Ltd., Tacyuan Branch (‘BV CPS Tacyuan") on our behalt have been reviewed and approved by an authorized representative of Fortinet, Inc. in advance of Andrea Hsia/Supervisor of Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (H.K.) Ltd., Tacyuan Branch (‘BV CPS Tacyuan") submittal, and (c) Andrea Hsia/Supervisor of Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (H.K.) Ltd., Tacyuan Branch (‘BV CPS Tacyuan") provides to the Fortinet Legal team a copy of the document submifted at the same time as submittal.
