<——RMTIMET AGENCY AUTHORIZATION LETTER April 18, 2016 FCC ID: TVE—0120201 To whom it may concern: We, the undersigned, Fortinet, Inc., hereby authorize (Andrea HsialSenior Specialist) of Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (H.K.) Ltd., Taoyuan Branch (BV CPS Taoyuan) of Taiwan to act on our behalf, as our agent, in the following matters related to the FCC approval of our products: report submittal, related correspondence, and the signing of documents relating to these matters. Any documents submitted by (Andrea HsialSenior Specialist) of Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (H.K.) Ltd., Taoyuan Branch (BV CPS Taoyuan) of Taiwan within the scope of this authorization shall have the same effects as if submitted by Fortinet, Inc., provided, in all events, (a) (Andrea Hsia/lSenior Specialist) of Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (H.K.) Ltd., Taoyuan Branch (BV CPS Taoyuan) of Taiwan has acted legally, in good faith and properly in furtherance of obtaining the FCC approval of our products, (b) the only documents submitted by (Andrea HsialSenior Specialist) of Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (H.K.) Ltd., Taoyuan Branch (BV CPS Taoyuan) of Taiwan on our behalf have been reviewed and approved by an authorized representative of Fortinet, Inc. in advance of (Andrea Hsia/Senior Specialist) of Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (H.K.) Ltd., Taoyuan Branch (BV CPS Taoyuan) of Taiwan submittal, and (c) (Andrea HsialSenior Specialist) of Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (H.K.) Ltd., Taoyuan Branch (BV CPS Taoyuan) of Taiwan provides to the Fortinet Legal team a copy of the document submitted at the same time as submittal.
