s«~AMTIMET. Agency Authorization Letter Date: 2011.12.01 FCC ID: TVE—0120201 To whom it may concern: We, the undersigned, hereby authorize Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (H.K.) Ltd., Taoyuan Branch (BV CPS Tacyuan) of Taiwan to act on our behalf, as our agent, in the following matters related to the FCC approval of our products: report submittal, related correspondence, and the signing of documents relating to these matters. Any documents submitted by BV CPS Tacyuan within the scope of this authorization shall have the same effects as if submitted by Fortinet, Inc., provided, in all events, (a) BV CPS Tacyuan has acted legally, in good faith and properly in furtherance of obtaining the FCC approval of our products, (b) the only documents submitted by BV CPS Tacyuan on our behalf have been reviewed and approved by an authorized representative of Fortinet, Inc. in advance of BV CPS Tacyuan‘s submittal, and (c) BV CPS Tacyuan provides to the Fortinet Legal team a copy of the document submitted at the same time as submittal.
