This letter is to request a Class II Permissive Change for the FCC ID listed in
      “Product” above.

The change under this application is (1) to add DFS software for the currently
granted 5.25-5.35 GHz band and (2) to add the band 5.47-5.725 GHz operation in
      software including DFS functionality.

There are no hardware changes from the original application. The DFS software
can not be disabled or deactivated by the end-user.

These changes may potentially affect the unintentional transmitter characteristics but
do not affect the changes in the intentional transmitter. Therefore, we declare that
they are permitted as a Class II Permissive Change.

I attest that the certified device will not be capable of ad-hoc mode in the 5.25-5.35
      or 5.47-5.725 GHz DFS bands.

      Very Truly Yours,
