EX-5r series(FCC ID: TTM-1Ø5P25R) Dear Sirs/Madam, Exalt Communications would like to request that the following documents: - Schematics - Bill of Materials - Block Diagram - Operational Description - Detailed Circuit Board Photos submitted with the application for certification be withheld from public disclosure per Section 0.459 of the FCC Rules. This confidentiality request is made under the provisions of Section 0.457(d) of the FCC Rules and Section 552(b)(4) of the Freedom of Information Act. The various items contain proprietary, confidential and trade secret materials, which would not customarily be made available for public inspection. The product is permanently mounted and sealed. Also, as installed, the equipment is not generally accessible to the public -- typically mounted in telecom equipment shelters and secure rooms.
