December 18, 2008

SUBJECT: INVENGO INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. - FCC ID:
TQ4YWGIT-R5678904

TCB question:
  1. Part 15.203: You reply indicates that the device use SMA-N? SMA and N
type connectors are not considered unique. The FCC requires a unique
coupling between antenna, coaxial cable, and transmitter. Please explain.
Alternatively, the applicant could show that the device satisfies the FCC’s
Professional Installation requirements. Please have the applicant provides
a justification letter with the following information:

   - To qualify for professional installation, the applicant must explain why
the hardware cannot simply be purchased and installed by the average
   (technically inclined) person
   1) Marketing
    - The device cannot be sold retail, to the general public, or by mail
order. It must be sold to dealers.
   2) Requires professional installation;
    - installation must be controlled.
    - installed by licensed professionals ( EUT sold to dealer who hire
   installers)
    - installation requires special training ( special programming, access to
   keypad, field strength measurements made)
    - What is unique, sophisticated, complex, or specialized about your
equipment which REQUIRES it to be installed by a professional installer?
   3) Application
-The intended use is generally not for the general public. It is generally
   for industry/commercial use.

Applicant’s Answer:
The device don't use SMA connector, it using a special type of inverse N-KFD-3
      connector.
The used connector for the device don't a standard jack, it only have been made to
order by the applicant for the device.
So, it is comply with FCC part 15.203 requirement.

TCB question:
1. Please explain whether this reader sends modulated signals to tags. The
Operational description appears to indicate that the modulation is ASK. The

definition of a frequency hopping spread spectrum (FHSS) system in Section
2.1 requires that the carrier of a frequency hopping system be modulated
with coded information. The reader must be able to write to, and read
information from, the passive tag.

Applicant’s Answer:
--Yes, the reader use modulation is ASK. It can write to, and read information. But only
write to information use special software.

TCB question:
2. Section 15.247(a)(1) requires the transmit bandwidth to match the
receiver bandwidth. The reader transmit bandwidth must match the reader
receiver bandwidth and so the uplink and downlink bandwidths have to be the
same. Please explain if this is true for this RFID Reader.

Applicant’s Answer:
--Yes, the RFID Reader TX bandwidth match the RX bandwidth.
