Dear Examiner, This is to request a Class II permissive change for FCC ID: TLZ-BT253 , originally granted on 07/07/2008 The major change filed under this application is: For certified full module to alternate a portable configuration as tablet PC, per 15.212, it is required to make sure RF exposure condition are met. According to KDB 447498 item 1)c) and item 4)b) means transmitter in tablet PC needs SAR evaluation when source-based time-averaged conducted output power is above 60/f (60/f=60/2.441=24.58mW). Due to the maximum power of this BT device is 1.5 mW (less than 24.58mW), the SAR evaluation for the Class II Permissibe Change is not necessary.
