The Street Macro radio (SM 6701 B261) operates in the Upper Microwave Flexible Use Service (27.5 GHz – 28.35 GHz) as per 47 CFR Part 30. This TDD radio uses NR Radio Access Technology for 5G (3GPP) and is designed for use in 5G cellular system. The Radio is, through Advanced Antenna System technology (AAS), capable of beam forming/steering in azimuth/elevation. It supports 2 beams. It supports channel bandwidth up to 100 MHz/carrier. The radio unit supports intra band carrier aggregation, up to 400 MHz aggregated bandwidth. The radio supports modulation types QPSK, 16QAM, and 64QAM. The radio can be used in RBS system configured for 3GPP 2x2 MIMO/Spatial multiplexing and beam-forming technologies. This radio will always require a license for transmission. The Exhibit 8 user manuals submitted with this application is generic and may cover multiple products. This application is only valid for the model specified in the Exhibit 12 circuit description. Ericsson AB accept by this request the agreement set out in the document “IP SPCR 125 Annex A2 Agreements on Post-market surveillance for radio equipment certified for the US market. Ericsson AB requests confidentiality under CFR 0.459 according to attached letter. We further certify that the applicant nor any party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits, that includes FCC benefits, pursuant to section 5301 of the Anti-Drug abuse Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C. Section 862.
