The radio operates in the Citizens Broadband Radio Service band as per 47 CFR Part 96. This radio (AIR 6488 B48) is designed for use in LTE cellular telephone system. This radio operates in Band 48, the transmitter and the receiver operate from 3550 MHz to 3700 MHz frequency band. It supports channel bandwidths of 10 MHz and 20 MHz, modulation types of QPSK, 16QAM, 64QAM and 256QAM. The radio supports spectrum consisting of two or more sub-blocks separated by sub-block gap(s), NCS (None- Contiguous Spectrum). The radio unit supports carrier aggregation The radio has the ability to be used in a RBS system configured for 3GPP MIMO/Spatial multiplexing and beamforming technologies as an Active Antenna System. The radio supports CBRS (Citizens Broadband Radio Service). The radio has 64 TX/RX ports. It will in normal mode operates at a maximum power of 9.375mW for channel bandwidth 10 MHz and 18.75mW for 20 MHz per port at the transceiver array boundary (TAB) connector. The Exhibit 8 user manuals submitted with this application is generic and may cover multiple products. This application is only valid for the model specified in the Exhibit 12 circuit description. Ericsson AB requests confidentiality under CFR 0.459 according to attached letter.
