To Whom It May Concern:

Ericsson AB requests a Grant of Certification (Type Acceptance) for the above mentioned FCC Identifier.

The radio operates in the Cellular band as per 47 CFR Part 27.

This radio (Radio 4426 B66) is designed for use in WCDMA, LTE, NB-IOT In-band, NB-IOT standalone, NB-IOT
guard-band cellular telephone system. This FDD radio operates in Band 66, the transmitter from 2110 MHz to
2200 MHz and the receiver from 1710 MHz to 1780 MHz.

It supports channel bandwidths of 5 MHz for WCDMA, 5, 10, 15 and 20 MHz for LTE. The radio supports
modulation types of QPSK, 16 QAM and 64 QAM for WCDMA, QPSK, 16QAM, 64QAM and 256 QAM for LTE.

The radio supports spectrum consisting of two or more sub-blocks separated by sub-block gap(s), NCS (None-
Contiguous Spectrum). The radio unit supports carrier aggregation.

The radio has the ability to be used in a RBS system configured for 3GPP MIMO/Spatial multiplexing and beam-
forming technologies for LTE.

This radio will in normal mode operates at a maximum power of 60W per port at the output connector. The radio
has 4 TX ports.

This Permissive Change request for this transceiver (Radio 4426 B66) is to include following, specified in Exhibit
12 Circuit Description. The change is only software and hardware is un-changed.

                   1) Add NB-IoT standalone
                   2) Add NB-IoT guard-band
                   3) IBW changed from 70MHz to 90 MHz

The Exhibit 8 user manuals submitted with this application is generic and may cover multiple products.

This application is only valid for the model specified in the Exhibit 12 circuit description.

Ericsson AB requests confidentiality under CFR 0.459 according to attached letter. We further certify that the
applicant nor any party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits, that includes FCC benefits,
pursuant to section 5301 of the Anti-Drug abuse Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C. Section 862.
